Using this site

This site describes Enclave at Gomoa Fetteh and lets you choose and hold a Phase 1 plot. Please use it for that purpose.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and come from the developer's Phase 1 price list. They can change, and the price that applies is the one confirmed with you in writing by the sales team.

Holds

A hold keeps a plot for you for 72 hours, free, while you decide. A hold is not a sale and does not create a contract. A plot is reserved only when the deposit is paid, and sold only under a signed contract.

Payment

No payment is taken on this website. Before any money changes hands, the sales team confirms your identity and where the funds come from, as the law on money laundering asks, and gives you an offer letter and the title documents so your own lawyer can check them. You then pay under a signed agreement, by bank transfer to the developer's company account, and receive a receipt for every payment. The team never asks you to pay a person, cash, or a personal mobile money number.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. The terms of any sale are those in your offer letter and contract.
