What we collect

When you use Talk to us, hold a plot or ask to hear about a plot, we collect what you type in the form:

1. your name, email address and phone number
2. whether you live in Ghana or abroad, and how you would like to be reached
3. the plot you asked about, the time you would like to visit or be called, and any message you write
4. your time zone, so we can call at a sensible hour

Your shortlist of saved plots is kept only in your own browser. It is never sent to us.

To keep out spam and automated abuse, the Talk to us form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which checks how the form is used and sends that to Google. Google's privacy policy and terms apply to it.

Identity documents and proof of funds are asked for by your sales advisor during the checks, never through this website.

Why we collect it

To answer you, to hold a plot for you, to arrange a visit or a call, and to send what you asked for, such as the brochure. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to answer you and, if you buy, to handle your purchase. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your details, ask us through Talk to us and say what you would like. The team acts on it and replies by email.

Personal data in Ghana is covered by the Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843).
