What is stored in your browser

  1. Your shortlist of saved plots, kept in your browser so it is there next time. It never leaves your device.
  2. A note that you have seen a hint, such as how to look around from a plot, so it is not shown again in the same visit.
  3. Where you came from, such as a campaign or a sales agent's link, kept for this visit only so an enquiry can say which link brought you. It is gone when you close the tab.
  4. If you sign in to My Enclave, a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in.
  5. When you open Talk to us, Google reCAPTCHA loads and may set its own cookies to tell people from automated abuse.
  6. For the sales team only: a sign-in cookie for the back office.

Removing them

You can clear these at any time in your browser settings. Clearing them empties your shortlist.
