The plans

The plan and plot outlines are traced from the developer's masterplan drawing. They are indicative, not surveyed, and are subject to approvals.

Sizes and prices

Plot sizes and prices come from the developer's price list, not from measuring the plan.

Distances

Distances to the beach are measured on the plan, to the edge of the land. The plan does not draw the waterline, so they are estimates.

The 3D model and views

The 3D model shows the land as nearly flat, since the topographic survey is not yet in. The view from a plot shows direction and distance to the sea, not an exact sea view.

Later phases

Later phases, their plots and their timing follow the 2023 masterplan and may change before they are released.
