Enclave is developed and sold by 444 Developers. The sales team works with buyers in Ghana and abroad, from the first look at the masterplan to the registered lease.
The plan
One masterplan, five phases
The masterplan, version 12, was prepared in 2023 by the consulting architects Infinite Group Limited. It sets the zoning, the roads, the green space and the order in which the community is built.
Zoned from the start
Five zoning districts decide what is built where: homes, resorts, shops and offices each have their place.
Built in phases
Each phase gets its roads, power, water and landscaping as it opens, so neighbourhoods are finished, not scattered.
Walkable
About 30 miles of paths and a fifteen minute neighbourhood idea at the heart of the plan.
Secure
A perimeter wall and gatehouses around the whole community.
