From first look to your own land

    Hold

    Hold it free for 72 hours. Nothing is paid online, and nobody else can take it while you decide.

  3. 03

    Check

    Your advisor confirms your identity and lease term, and gives you the title documents and site plan for your own lawyer to search at the Lands Commission.

  4. 04

    Own

    Sign your agreement, pay by bank transfer to the developer's company account, and we lodge your lease for registration in your name.

No payment is taken on this website. Land is paid for only after the checks and a signed agreement, into the developer's company bank account, never to a person or a personal mobile money number.
